WHERE YOU
BELONG

In today’s workforce, countless people show up to jobs where they “fit in” on paper. They have the right qualifications, they’re capable, and they get the work done. But deep down, they feel misplaced. It’s not about ability it’s about belonging. People crave a sense of purpose, culture fit, and emotional alignment with the work they do. That’s where the disconnect lies—and where Indeed steps in.

IDEA

Sometimes, you’re in a job that looks right on paper but just feels wrong. That’s the truth we’re tapping into. The visual execution says it all: he fits the role, but he’s clearly not in the right place. It’s awkward, it’s honest, and it’s relatable. With this campaign, we show that finding a job isn’t just about fitting in it’s about finding where you truly belong. And that’s what Indeed helps people do.

EXECUTION

A person dressed in a pink tutu, blue furry gloves, and monster costume paws holding a pink cup, standing indoors near a reflective wall. The reflection shows the person's face. There is a large character costume head on a chair nearby, resembling a cartoonish animal, possibly a mouse or rat. The setting appears to be a gym or industrial space with large windows and a high ceiling. Text on the image reads: 'Not every place you fit in is where you belong.'
A young man wearing a lion costume with a large lion head mask on the ground next to him, holding a water bottle, standing against a white brick wall in a dimly lit area.
